technicians, Kent exemplifies excellent leadership as he demonstrates sensitive people
skills and a committed work ethic. Currently, is primarily devoted to the pursuit of
quality customer relations, company growth, and the advance of future vision.

Title: Vice-President
Bill started the company in 1987 as a sole proprietor. His vision was one
of establishing a local service that provided quality at every step. For seven years
he built on htis vision and became the Vice President in 1995 when the company
incorporated.
Name: Tina
Fulgencio
Title: Recptionist
Hired in early 2004 as a part-time employee, she assists in the interface of
customer service, and provides office organization and account maintenance. As a
meticulous and focused bookkeeper, she assures accurate attention being paid to customer
records. With 5 years experience in professional office support, Michele has become an
invaluable asset to the administration of VLS.
